Recycled HIPS Granules:
We are manufacturer of recycled HIPS Granules:
- Density: 03 to 1.06 g / cm3
- Glass transition temperature: 88 to 92°C
- Gamma radiation resistance: Poor
- UV light resistance: Poor
- Max. continuous service temperature: 60 to 80 Degree C
- Min. continuous service temperature: - 40 to -20 Degree C
- Sterilization resistance (Repeated): Poor
- Thermal insulation (Thermal conductivity): 0.11 to 0.14 W / m. k.

Extrusion:
- Grades with a high viscosity are suitable for extrusion.
- A melt temperature of 180 to 220 Degree C is generally used

Strengths:
- Tougher than PS crystal
- Low cost
- Good dimensional stability
- Good processability
- Good electrical properties, low dielectric loss
- Excellent resistance to gamma radiation
- FDA compliant.

Limitations:
- Reduced transparency compared to PS crystal
- Reduced electrical properties compared to PS crystal
- Poor chemical resistance, especially to organic solvents
- Susceptible to UV degradation
- Highly flammable and toxic smoke.
